Terms & Conditions

1. Standard Check in / Check out time of Hotels 12:00 noon.
2. Pick up / Drop in the package will be from Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, as mentioned in the package. (Both the places are said Siliguri).
3. Hotel rooms will be provided as decided in the package (normally twin/triple sharing basis).
4. Destination Green Booking Policy & Cancellation Policy is applicable for all packages (mentioned below).
5. While on trip, Destination Green do not accept alteration of pre-decided itinerary. If anything such occurs by the wish of guests, extra amount arises has to be negotiated by guests themselves & paid directly and Destination Green do not take responsibility to bargain the extra amount required in such cases.
6. Cancellation by guest or cancellation (full or part) occurred due to unforeseen act of God (land-slide, flood, heavy snow fall etc), strike, political turbulence or such act, which is beyond  travel organizers control, no charges are refundable, though, every possible support will be provided by the company, in such condition. If any extra charge arises in the process, has to be borne by guests and paid directly.
7. If Nathula or Tsomgo or Babamandir or North Sikkim trip is withheld in last moment by Army Authority or disturbances on which transporter has no hand, refunding that portion of money is not bindings on travel organizers and the date cannot be readjusted
8. We do not take any responsibility of theft / loss / misplacing / damage of any personal article of guests

  BOOKING POLICY

1. 10% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance (if booked 02 months in advance)
2. 50% deposit has to be completed within one month of commencing the trip and balance 50% has to be deposited 03 days prior to commencing journey.
3. Persons booking within a month of journey has to deposit 50% of Package cost as booking advance and balance 50% has to be deposited 03 days prior to commencing journey.
4. For booking with 15 days, full payment has to be made.
5. Hotel Vouchers will be handed over against full payment only.
6. The policy applies to complete package booking only & not to partial booking

BOOKING POLICY FOR ONLY CAR BOOKING / PARTIAL BOOKING

1. 10% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance
2. Balance payment to deposited before 15 days of commencing the trip.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance from the guests. Destination Green will forward Booking details & detailed itinerary along with money receipt on receipt of advance. Hotel vouchers will be handed over on full payment only.

PACKAGES NORMALLY INCLUDED WITH

(Until & unless decided in any other manner as per discussion)

1. Stay in hotels as decided in package
2. Food plan, as decided in the package
3. Pick up & drop from/to Siliguri (NJP Rly Station / Bagdogra)
4. All transportation as per itinerary (transportation & sight seeing)
5. All taxes
6. Vehicle toll, driver charges etc.
7. North Sikkim trip (from Gangtok to Gangtok) is included with breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Tea during north Sikkim trip (Lachung / Lachen / Yumthang etc.) - veg meal.

PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE

1. Porter, laundry, tips, special room service etc. not included in packages
2. Personal expenditure of any kind is not included in the packages
3. Anything not mentioned in the "Included" section & do not permit as per policy.

VEHICLES IN THE PACKAGES

1. Upto 04 persons, small non AC car (capacity 04) will be provided
2. Above 04 persons, Tata Spacio or similar non AC vehicle will be provided
3. Vehicles will be provided as per itinerary & not for all time basis
4. Vehicles used other than itinerary is chargeable & to be paid directly to the driver
5. Gangtok sightseeing will be done by small car (capacity - 04) only as per Sikkim Govt. regulations.
6. For north Sikkim, bigger vehicles (10 seater) will only be provided
7. Our responsibility for vehicle is limited to serve the itinerary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation of tour must be in written form (email / letter)
2. Cancellation before one month will cost Cancellation charges Rs. 2500 + 10% of package cost
3. Cancellation will cost 25% of the package cost within 30-21 days of trip commencement
4. Cancellation will cost 50% of package cost within 21-10 days of trip commencement
5. Cancellation will cost 75% of package cost within 10-4 days of trip commencement
6. 10% refund will be made if cancelled within last three days
7. No refund will be made in case of no turn

Note:   Customers are requested to read the terms & conditions before committing any deal with Destination Green. Destination Green reserves the right to Cancel any trip, if money is not deposited as per the above mentioned terms & conditions (until otherwise agreed in written by Destination Green). In such cases, Destination Green Cancellation Policy will be effected for refund of money.

Management is not liable for any type of accident/strike/insurgency/natural calamities (viz flood, land slide etc.) and reserves the right to alter itinerary according to unavoidable circumstances. Extra cost appearing due to those situations to be borne by tourists. Though every possible support will be provided by the company.
